It measures the ratio of fat to water in your body to give you an indication of your body fat levels. A simple graphic display uses icons to indicate the results quickly and easily. Use it over a number of days or weeks to assess your progress in losing or gaining weight, or building up muscle mass as part of a planned programme. It’s best to make the measurement at the same time every day, and the built-in alarm clock (with timer) can help to remind you when it’s time for the measurement.
