The crown is constructed out of 1 panel of soft durable cotton reinforced with a hatband. The crown panel is gathered at the hatband to form the recognizable roomy flat top shape. The fun hat is completed with a curved 3" bill for shade from the sun during the days on the tracks. The inside of the hat is lined with a cotton hatband for comfort, and the back of the hat is equipped with an adjustable Velcro strap for a secure fit. All aboard!
