1. Power on: Press “ON/OFF” button to start the machine and enter into automatic working mode. Press it again to stop the machine.
2. Automatic function: Press “AUTO” button to start automatic massage mode and realize the massage mode of upper back, whole body and lower waist.
3. Upper back: Press “BACK” button to start the massage mode of upper back.
