Measuring For Your Sports Bra Size

Small (28-32), Medium (32-36), Large (36-40), XLarge (40-44)

Custom sports bra size does matter! Wearing the wrong size sports bra can be very uncomfortable. Use a tape measure to discover your true athletic bra size so you can get the comfort and support you need.

Measure around at the apex of the breast (over nipple) without pulling tight. The difference between the sport bra size (34 in this example) and the apex measurement will determine cup size as follows. If apex bust measurement is:

Up to 1 inch larger = A cup
Up to 2 inches larger = B cup
Up to 3 inches larger = C cup
Up to 4 inches larger = D cup
Up to 5 inches larger = DD cup

Example: Bra size is 34. Apex measurement is 38. 38-34 = 4. Cup size is a D.
