Neoprene Knee Support (open patella)

Product Detailed Description

A long run, a gym session, a full day on your feet: when a knee needs steadying, an open-patella support keeps the joint braced without locking it down. The opening leaves the kneecap free to track naturally, so the sleeve flexes with each stride instead of fighting it.

Built from neoprene and nylon, the sleeve wraps the knee in supportive stretch while staying slim enough to wear under training tights or work trousers. An open front cut lets the patella move, and the close fit stays put through bending, squatting and climbing.

Available in Blue and Black across sizes S, M and L, the support suits running clubs, gyms, physiotherapy clinics and corporate wellness campaigns. Branded logos can be added for promotional gift programs, and each piece pairs neatly with a short usage note explaining how much compression to apply.

Buyers should confirm stitch quality along the seams and compare neoprene thickness across suppliers before committing to a season of stock.
