We supply free samples if the samples are in stock and the total value is under USD 5 — you only cover the courier freight, preferably on your own DHL / UPS or other courier freight-collect account. See our Free Samples page for details.

If the total value of the samples is more than USD 5, we ask you to pay for the samples and the courier freight; we will send the samples after receipt of your payment. If you do not have a courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company, or send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T.

Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight, carton size and your area. We will confirm the exact cost with you before anything is shipped.

Please send us an email or a fax for our price list and order information. Tell us the quantity, product style and branding you need and we will quote per requirement — you will get an exact answer within 24 hours.

Yes. Logo and other imprints can be printed on our products by silk-screen printing or other ways. The minimum quantity for silk-screen printing is 500 units per logo, depending on the product range (for OEM / ODM projects the minimum order starts from 100 pcs). You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG, TIFF and AI format.

If you want your logo or company name printed on the package (custom-design package), such as a gift box or paper card, the minimum order is 5,000 units per model. Artwork can be supplied in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format (300 dpi).

Yes — custom-designed packaging such as gift boxes or paper cards, with the same minimum order of 5,000 units per model. Our designers can create new artwork or re-create your existing artwork in a printable format, and we do simple typesetting of your name and message at no charge.

The simplest way is to use our enquiry system online: as you browse our product pages, select the items you are interested in, click the "Inquiry Now" button, then fill in the required fields as detailed as possible — our relative sales specialist will reply to your enquiry within 24 hours. You can also send your enquiry by email, phone or fax.

To prepare your order we need the following information:

• Shipping information — company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, and transportation method (by courier, by air or by ocean container)
• Product information — model numbers, quantity, unit price
• Delivery time required
• Freight payment (by collect or prepay)
• Forwarder's contact details if there is any (in China or Hong Kong)

Yes — we can arrange sea, air and courier transportation.

For small quantity or weight less than 20 kg, orders are usually sent by courier. For orders from 20 to 500 kg, they can be sent by air to the airport near you. For big quantity or volume, they are usually sent by ocean container. The transportation way depends on your choice; freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way and destination country (airport, sea port).

Our usual payment term is wire transfer (T/T). We also accept:

• Western Union payment — special for urgent and critical orders
• L/C payment for bulk orders — this will depend on the order status
• All major credit card payment and PayPal payment — special for VIP clients; new clients can be considered depending on the order status

It depends on the product — please contact us to make sure. Usually we do not accept orders worth less than USD 1,000 (many models summed).

6 to 12 months, depending on the product. We accept free replacement for unqualified products during the warranted period. See our Guarantee page for details.

If you can sell our products worth USD 5,000 to USD 20,000 per month, you could be one of our distributors in your city or area; if you can sell our products worth more than USD 30,000 per month, you could be our sole distributor in the country. Contact us any time for details.
