Djeco Creanimaux Wooden Animal Blocks

Product Detailed Description

A pile of thick wooden shapes on the playroom rug, and a small builder works out which piece becomes the lion's mane. Creanimaux brings that kind of open ended making to the shelf, designed by the artists at Paris-based toy company Djeco as an imaginative step in children's blocks.

Build and finish

The set holds 52 vibrantly colored wooden pieces, cut big and chunky so young hands can grip, lift and place them with ease. Smooth sanded surfaces and bright painted faces give the stack a cheerful look that holds attention during floor play.

Ten creatures, endless mixes

• Hippo, lion and tiger
• Rooster, zebra and elephant
• Giraffe, crocodile and rhino
• Bear, plus whatever a child invents

Pieces assemble into any of those animals, or get mixed up into funny, unusual creatures. Naming games, stacking races and free building all flow from the same box, which suits quiet afternoons and shared play between siblings.

Gifting and display

Boxed sets present well for birthdays, holidays and newborn gifting, and the animal theme gives gift shops an easy story to merchandise at child height.

Samples let buyers check paint finish, edge sanding and joint strength; confirm age labeling and carton counts before ordering in volume.
