Tent loops, ridge poles and picnic tables all give this folding hook lantern somewhere to hang. A push button cycles through three modes, so the same light can flood a shared sleeping area or drop to a softer glow for reading after dark.

The body is molded in ABS plastic with a foldable hook that tucks away for packing. It runs on four AA batteries, kept separate from the light, and weighs little once they are left out of the bag. Output comes from a 3W LED.

Side panels take a customer logo at added cost, and the shell color can be left optional or matched to a buyer's own direction. Campers, anglers, cavers and traveling households are the natural audience, and a colorbox or customized carton protects the light in transit.
