Product Detailed Description
Rear-seat passengers get a complete entertainment unit in one package with this headrest monitor, which pairs a TFT LCD screen with a built-in DVD, MPEG4 and DIVX player. The pillow-style housing mounts where a standard headrest sits, so the viewing position falls naturally for back-seat passengers on longer journeys.
The 9.6" (16:9) screen delivers 640(W)x480(H) resolution, with pal/ntsc system support for regional compatibility. Two video inputs and one audio input let installers connect additional sources, while the built-in IR/FM transmitter and speaker make the unit usable without extra outboard equipment. Remote control and keystroke operation give passengers a choice of how to navigate playback.
Faceplate finish and controls are the usual branding points, with logo placement and button labeling handled to buyer specification for regional programs.
Orders are suited to car audio installers and accessory distributors serving vehicle entertainment upgrades.
