Compressed/Embossed Mink Blanket with Soft Texture

Product Detailed Description

A folded mink blanket on a guest bed or in a gift box shows its raised pattern before anyone touches it, since the design is pressed into the pile rather than printed on it.

The plush face passes through an embossed roller that compresses selected areas into motifs, so light and shadow do the decorative work. Edges are bound or stitched to hold the shape through washing, and the smooth backing sits comfortably against a sofa or sheet. The soft texture feels warm and smooth in the hand, giving the blanket a finished look on a retail shelf.

Distributors favor it for gift-with-purchase programs, loyalty rewards, corporate gifts and winter promotional bundles, where the sheen of the pile reads as a step above plain fleece. End users drape it on a couch, pack it for travel or keep one in a guest room.

Sourcing checks center on pile weight and hand feel, pattern depth and consistency, colorfastness after washing, binding quality and finished dimensions. Request samples of each motif and review labeling before committing to a seasonal program.
