Feather pen

Product Detailed Description

A quill on the desk sets a different tone from an ordinary ballpoint, and that is exactly why event planners and gift buyers keep a feather pen in their lineup. The trimmed feather runs into a writing tip so the piece reads decorative on a stand or in a photograph while still working as a pen for guest books, certificates and keepsake gifting.

Build and finish

A feather shaft sits over the barrel, held in line with the grip by a metal ferrule or cap. Feather color and length vary across the range, and some styles switch between a ballpoint refill and a dip-style nib. Confirm barrel material and refill format before ordering, since both change how it feels in hand.

Where they sell

Galas, award ceremonies and themed backdrops suit the fancy look, while schools and historical sites stock them for writing demonstrations and costume programs. Promotional suppliers box them with journals; retailers group them near executive and gel ink lines.
