Build and finish

Each badge takes a personalized shape and size, so the outline can follow a mascot, emblem or seasonal motif. A personalized offset logo is printed on the surface and sealed under epoxy glue for a smooth, glossy face that keeps artwork crisp. LED lights sit on the surface in red, yellow, green, white or blue, giving a choice of steady or attention-grabbing glow depending on the crowd.

Power and fastening

Two button batteries tuck into a brass battery box on the backside, keeping the profile neat against fabric. Wearers pick the attachment that suits them: one butterfly pin, a magnet bar or a safety pin, all fitted to the reverse.
