The tube measures 33cm in total length with a 1.5cm diameter, molded in PS with smooth edges that will not snag clothing. Inside sit 4 led light (2 red 2 blue), driven by 3 button battery. One button steps through the modes: a first press gives a flashing consistent glow, a second speeds it to quick flashes, a third eases back a little slower than before, and the last press turns it off.
