A windshield left in the sun turns the cabin into an oven by lunchtime. A collapsible sunshade unfolds a pleated panel across the inside of the glass and tucks under the sun visors, then creases down into a slim bundle for the door pocket.

Build and finish

The panel is nylon 190T plated with silver on the surface, with the back in black, gray, blue or green. It carries anti-UV function, shading and a cool car interior. Even scoring lets the pleats fold along clean lines without cracking, so the piece stays flat against the windshield after repeated use.

Print and gifting

The face takes a custom logo or design, suiting fleet accounts, insurance offices, rental counters and dealership service lanes. Packed in a polybag with an inserted card, it works as a premium handed out at events and service desks.
