Before you place a bulk order, we want you to be confident about the quality, workmanship and imprint of the products you are buying. Here is how our sample program works.
Free Samples
We supply free samples if the samples are in stock and the total value is under USD 5 — you only need to have a DHL or UPS account, or another courier freight-collectable account, and agree to pay the courier freight.
If the total value of the samples is more than USD 5, we ask you to pay for the samples and the courier freight. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.
If you do not have a courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company, or send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T.
We reserve the right to refuse free samples to any party at our discretion.
Free Virtual Proof with Your Artwork
Our expertly trained artists can prepare an electronic proof of your artwork, and even make recommendations if you would like assistance. These eProofs can be emailed to you for review and are typically sent along with your order acknowledgment.
To keep you within your budget, we will e-mail you a composite proof of your imprint for your approval before final production begins, at no additional fee. If you do not have artwork, our designers can create new artwork or re-create your existing artwork in a printable format — and we do simple typesetting of your name and message at no charge.
