Heat transfer printing presses the artwork into the webbing edge to edge, giving gradients and fine detail that flat ink blocks cannot match, with a smooth surface that resists cracking along folds.

Build and hardware

The strap measures 2.5*90cm and fastens with a metal hook that swivels freely as badges are scanned or turned. Stitching at the attachment point keeps the printed area clear of the hardware through repeated handling.
