Shocking book

Product Detailed Description

A colleague picks up the innocent-looking book on the desk, opens the cover, and gets a harmless jolt instead of a page of text. That is the whole appeal of this novelty piece: one familiar object, one small surprise, and a reaction everyone nearby will enjoy.

The trick sits inside a book-shaped shell, so it blends in with papers, folders, and desktop clutter until someone curious reaches for it. The mechanism is intentionally simple, letting the gag land on the first try with a straight face and good timing. Check that the cover seams close cleanly and that the contacts stay tight after repeated use.

Presentation counts with prank merchandise, so packaging that makes the joke obvious on the shelf helps drive impulse buys in gift shops, novelty counters, and playful promotional assortments. The piece suits office colleagues, party hosts, and anyone hunting for a laugh rather than a serious present, and it pairs neatly with joke toys, magic items, and other small gift lines in mixed orders.

Order samples first to judge the trigger action and overall finish, then confirm carton counts against your plan before committing to a full run.
