A tour manager pulls a master disc from a metal tin and the case still clicks shut after months on the road. That stamina is why tinplate keeps its place on promotional shelves: a stamped shell shrugs off bag pressure, a rolled rim stays smooth in the hand, and the snap closure keeps the lid seated in a drawer.
Each unit is built from 0.23mm tin plate, with a fitted inner tray that holds the disc clear of the base and a flat lid that takes dense artwork well. Full-color lithography around the lid and sides keeps logos, event dates, and small illustrations legible, while an embossed logo gives the surface a raised, tactile finish.
Customized designs are welcome, so artwork can run edge to edge as a keepsake for wedding mixes, band demos, or software handouts. Other sizes are available for buyers building a coordinated line.
The tins are ISO, SGS, and EN71 approved. A plain sample in hand remains the simplest way to judge hinge feel and lid fit before committing artwork.
