A flat boundary microphone blends into the table rather than sitting on top of it, so panel discussions, boardroom sessions and stage pickups stay clean and unobtrusive. Laid on a lectern or conference surface, it captures speech from every direction without asking speakers to lean toward a stand.

Pickup and signal

The omni-directional polar pattern gathers voices from all sides, which suits round-table meetings and open floor discussion. Frequency response runs from 40Hz-16KHz, with sensitivity of 30mV/Pa and a signal-to-noise figure of 72dB for intelligible speech. Operating voltage is 48V, and output imprdance is 200Ω.

Build and placement

A low-profile housing keeps sightlines open, while the flat base rests steadily on desks and stages. Cable exit position and table footprint matter more than headline numbers when buyers plan a room.
