Note Pads & Scratch Pads

A scratch pad lives where work gets done: beside a register, on a warehouse cart, clipped inside a delivery clipboard. This shelf gathers note pads built for quick marks and short lists, from the spiral-bound pad with die cutting on inner pages to the recycled notepad offered in a paper case with customized shapes. Buyers browsing here find formats that range from a cube sitting on a reception desk to a die-cut sticky note tucked in a planner.

Construction varies by format, and that variety is the point. A notepad with spiral binding at the top opens flat for fast note taking, while a self adhesive scratch pad sticks where a hand cannot hold it. Loose leaf and block pads favor simple sheets, and memo blocks sit heavier for desk use. Many combine recycled stock with die-cut shapes, so a bulk order can match a campaign theme rather than settle for plain rectangles.

Who buys and who uses split neatly. Promotional suppliers and distributors order these pads as budget-friendly giveaways for conferences, bank counters, and auto shops, pairing them with nearby shelf items such as a pen holder, book mark, or business card holder. End users include receptionists, teachers, warehouse crews, and event staff who need to write a quick message without hunting for a notebook.

Theme pads carry seasonal appeal. A Christmas Tree Note Pad, a fruit note pad, or a shaped note pad in a house silhouette turns a practical item into a gift or counter display piece. Sticky note pads and post it note pad formats suit offices that refill desk stations regularly, while a magnetic scratch pad anchors to a filing cabinet or fridge door for shopping lists.

Sourcing checks come down to paper, adhesive, and printing. Buyers inspect sheet count per pad, the stiffness of the cardboard backing, and whether adhesive holds through a supply run without residue. Ask how custom dies are cut, whether recycled content is documented, and whether a sample pad can be tested for writing bleed. Confirm shape, size, and packaging before placing a wholesale order.
