Product Detailed Description
A little desk companion that reacts to messages gives an office screen some personality. The MSN E-Buddy sits on your monitor and comes alive when friends sign in or send a note, turning everyday chat into a small piece of theater.
How it behaves
- Its heart glows when your buddy comes online
- Its wings flap and body twists when message received
- Light flashes in different colors when different emoticons received
- Requires no additional battery
A mounting clip for fixing it on the top of your monitor keeps the figure in view without taking up desk space. Running by USB cable means no separate power supply, and configrable actions let the owner adjust how it responds. It works with a PC running Microsoft Windows 2000/XP.
Molded housing and simple mechanics suit light desktop duty, and the animated movement makes it easy to demonstrate on a shelf or counter. Shell-face logo printing and packaging changes are the usual customization routes for gift shops and promotional programs. Stock it as a rotating novelty rather than a permanent line, since impulse buyers respond to fresh concepts each season.
