pvc oiling keychain

Product Detailed Description

A moving drop of color on a bag zip or lanyard catches the eye far faster than a flat tag. That is the appeal of this PVC oil keychain: a molded clear housing filled with colored oil, so the inner element shifts and drifts whenever the ring swings. Commuters, students and gift shoppers get a small piece of motion to clip onto everyday carry.

Each unit combines a PVC body with an injected oil fill, sealed to keep the fluid inside. Clarity of the oil, alignment of the insert and the pull of the metal split ring are the details that separate a clean piece from a leaky one, so check them on samples before a production run.

The oil comes in different colors for the buyer to choose from, letting a program run warm, cool or bright across a range. Size is customizable, and the design can carry personalized logo artwork for campaign giveaways, countertop displays and seasonal gift sets.

Review a sample for seam strength and color consistency between batches, then plan packaging around the shapes you select.
