Build and surface options

Paperboard is offered at 200GSM, 250GSM and so on, letting buyers step up weight for a more substantial feel or keep things light for volume mailings. Decoration can include hit-embossing, local UV oil coating and various shaped mold cutting, which gives motifs a raised touch and a crisp outline. Sheets hold their form once scored and folded, so cards sit flat in an envelope and stand steadily when propped on a shelf.

Size follows clients' specific requirements, and color printing runs from supplied designs. OEM orders and customer-made artworks are welcome, making it straightforward to align motifs, palette and trim across a seasonal or corporate range. Flat packing protects corners and keeps freight economical for distributors.
