100k-pixel PC Camera

Product Detailed Description

A monitor without a camera above it is a familiar sight in offices where remote meetings have become routine. The PC Camera shelf answers that gap with imaging devices built to clip onto a screen or rest on a stand and feed video into a computer.

Most units pair a lens module, image sensor, small housing and flexible mount, with a CMOS sensor at the core.

• True 100k pixels (software interpolated 300k pixels), true 350k pixels (software interpolated 1,300k pixels)
• CIF CMOS sensor for 100k pixels, high resolution VGA CMOS sensor for 350k pixels
• Digital zoom
• USB 1.1/2.0 interface

Available for video conferencing, digital camera and web chatting, the units apply a high resolution five-in-one glass lens. External and internal microphone for options, an adjustable image previewing window, tripod stand for option and snapshot round out the feature set.

Check sensor type, mount fit and packaging consistency across the carton before committing to a run.
