Solar powel 3LED Keychain Light

Product Detailed Description

Keys, a bag zip, a tent loop, a glovebox cubby: small spots where a little light earns its place. This keychain light keeps a rechargeable lithium battery LIR2032 topped up from a solar panel on the face, so daylight does part of the work between battery swaps.

Build and output

A molded housing holds the solar cell, the cell inside and the lamp, with three LEDs behind the lens for a modest beam. It suits finding a door lock, reading a map or checking a pack, not wide-area lighting. The compact body measures 50mm*34mm*10mm and weighs 17g, light enough to sit unnoticed on a busy ring.

Gifting and branding

Tinted, neutral and bright body colors all read well on a counter display, and a logo pad on the housing keeps branding visible. The recharge idea sells itself on a hanging card, so packaging that explains the light source helps. Commuters, campers, hikers and drivers are natural recipients.

Check that the panel is a working cell, test switch travel on a sample, and confirm the split ring gauge holds a heavy key set.
