Solar Dynamo Radio With Torch

Product Detailed Description

A blackout at midnight, a washed-out trail, a warning siren cutting through the house: a radio that keeps working through all three earns its place in the kit. This unit combines an am/fm radio, a lantern and an emergency siren in one housing, so a single item covers listening, room light and a warning signal.

Four ways to keep it running

Charge the built-in ni-cad battery by cranking the handle, or let the built-in solar cell capture daylight and top it up on its own. A wall plug connection handles longer sessions at home, and the compartment accepts optional backup batteries (twoaa, not included) when nothing else is available.

Details that help after dark

• Led tuning and low-battery indicators
• Headphone jack for private listening
• Telescoping fm antenna for better reception
• Lantern and siren modes for emergencies

Rubberized bodies and flush controls hold up to handling, and the compact shape packs easily into an emergency kit, glove box or backpack. Corporate buyers, safety programs and outdoor retailers can add a logo to suit gifting and premium use. Check carton counts and packing options before committing to volume.
