Solar Cat

Product Detailed Description

Place the Solar Cat on a bright windowsill and it comes alive, its head and hand shaking gently as the light hits the panel. No battery, no charging, no cords. Move it into shade and it settles into stillness, then stirs again the moment the sun returns.

How it works

A small solar panel on the body feeds a low-voltage motor. The molded shell sits on a stable base, and a cheerful cat figure gives the piece the friendly look that carries it on a shelf. Because there is nothing to switch or recharge, it works quietly in sunlight or any strong light source.

Meaning and gifting

The cat is designed to bring in wealth and treasure--felicitous wish of making money, which gives it a natural place in New Year gift sets, office desk gifts and small tokens for clients and colleagues. It also suits adult gift shoppers looking for something playful but tidy.

Samples deserve a check in real sunshine, and packaging should protect the delicate panel. Shake gently to test. Reorder as the range sells through.
