A detergent refill, a sauce concentrate or a personal care gel needs a container that pours cleanly and reseals between uses. This spout pouch does exactly that: a twistable cap controls the flow, and the side folded back sealed panel stiffens the gusset so the pouch stands on a counter or shelf.

The laminate combines PET, NY and CPP, giving an excellent moisture barrier plus high oxygen and light barrier, and good low temperature resistance for chilled or frozen filling. Film thickness runs from 70 to 130μm. The pouch may be supplied with or without valve.

Branding works well across the flat panels, and the format suits refill packs, sampler kits and travel sets where a flexible pouch replaces a rigid bottle and cuts shipping volume. A filled pouch collapses as it empties and stores flat.

For sourcing, request filled samples for drop and leak testing, confirm the cap thread and torque, and check that the film structure suits the product inside.
