napkin box

Product Detailed Description

A guest suite, a clinic counter, a car console: the small box that holds the napkins is often the first thing a visitor's hand touches. This rectangular napkin box keeps paper serviettes tidy and ready, with a rigid outer shell, a removable lid and an open slot that lets the top sheet feed through by hand.

Build and finish

Molded plastic, coated board and fabric wraps each give the cover a different feel, from matte neutrals that suit lobbies to playful shapes that fit a child's room. Buyers should confirm cavity dimensions against common pack sizes before committing.

Printing and assortments

A printed logo on the lid does the advertising in giveaway campaigns, hotel amenity programs and office supply accounts. Group plain neutrals with playful designs on one shelf so an order stays with a single supplier.

Buying checks

• Confirm lid fit and hinge wear
• Inspect slot edges for burrs that snag paper
• Verify color consistency across a carton
• Confirm packing protects corners in transit

Easy refilling and a lid that lifts cleanly matter more than decoration once the box is in daily use. Ask for samples before scaling an assortment across the full range.
