Star waterproof radio

Product Detailed Description

Steam fills the bathroom and the radio keeps playing through it. Hanging wet-room companions like this one belong to a sealed shelf of receivers built for places where ordinary sets give up, pairing splash protection with tuning simple enough to work with damp hands.

Build and finish

A transparent plastic casing shows the workings and wipes clean in a humid room. The FM tuning radio covers a frequency range of 88-108MHz and plays through a built-in speaker; volume and tuning controls are sized to be turned without precision. The set runs on 2pcs of AA batteries, not included, so a gasketed compartment is worth a close look at sampling.

Gifting and branding

Logo printing on the front grille or side panels turns the unit into a shower gift or housewarming item, with bright colorways for visibility and white for spa-style minimalism. Hospitality suppliers, outdoor retailers and gift importers order it in repeated seasonal batches.
