Half a bottle left after dinner need not go flat. A vacuum pump stopper pulls the air out and locks the seal down, so the next glass tastes the way it did on the first night. Keep one in the kitchen drawer, another in the picnic basket, and a third in the bar caddy for guests to use.

Build and handling

The case is molded in ABS, the seal is silicon, and the date ring is PP, a small dial that lets the user mark when the bottle was opened. At Dia 4.7×7H it sits low enough to leave in the neck between pours and fits standard bottle openings.
